The main house has an ocean-view living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors opening to the pool and outdoor spaces. The indoor dining room seats six, with additional seating nearby. The separate guest house has its own kitchen, a living area with a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, and a washer and dryer in the garage.
The main-house primary suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a jetted tub and dual vanities. Two further main-house bedrooms each have a queen bed. The downstairs suite has two queen beds, a pull-out sofa, a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. The guest house has two queen bedrooms with garden and partial ocean views and ceiling fans, and one shared bathroom. Split air conditioning serves the four main-house bedrooms, one guest-house bedroom and the guest-house living area.
Outdoor facilities include a private ocean-view pool, a rooftop deck with a barbecue, a private beachfront garden, a lanai or balcony, and outdoor seating and lounging areas. Direct beachfront access allows beach walks. Beach towels are provided.
The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, mixer, dishes and utensils.
