The house

The main house has an ocean-view living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors opening to the pool and outdoor spaces. The indoor dining room seats six, with additional seating nearby. The separate guest house has its own kitchen, a living area with a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, and a washer and dryer in the garage.

The main-house primary suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a jetted tub and dual vanities. Two further main-house bedrooms each have a queen bed. The downstairs suite has two queen beds, a pull-out sofa, a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. The guest house has two queen bedrooms with garden and partial ocean views and ceiling fans, and one shared bathroom. Split air conditioning serves the four main-house bedrooms, one guest-house bedroom and the guest-house living area.

Outdoor facilities include a private ocean-view pool, a rooftop deck with a barbecue, a private beachfront garden, a lanai or balcony, and outdoor seating and lounging areas. Direct beachfront access allows beach walks. Beach towels are provided.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, mixer, dishes and utensils. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, television, linens, a dryer, hair dryer, iron, safe and private entrance. Safety equipment includes a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and outdoor lighting.

The property is between Kahala and Hawaii Kai, near shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Waikiki Beach is 15 minutes away, and Hanauma Bay and Diamond Head Crater are nearby attractions. The property is offered as an exclusive 30-day rental; occupying the full period is not required, but the full monthly charge applies without prorating.
