A courtyard with gardens and fish ponds leads across a bridge to the main living spaces, private pool and shaded gazebo. The vaulted living area connects with an indoor lounge, breakfast nook and outdoor seating. A formal dining room seats up to 20, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar for five, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and kitchen basics. A BBQ is also available.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, safe, terrace and garden access. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, safe and terrace. Guest bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, safe and terrace. Guest bedrooms 5–8 each have two double beds, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, safe and terrace. A large studio provides additional space, and a massage room can serve as an eighth bedroom. A sleeper sofa is in the massage room.
Housekeepers, a chef and a waiter are included. Facilities include a hot tub, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, parking space, hot water, satellite or cable television and a speaker system. Air conditioning extends throughout the villa.
