The house

A courtyard with gardens and fish ponds leads across a bridge to the main living spaces, private pool and shaded gazebo. The vaulted living area connects with an indoor lounge, breakfast nook and outdoor seating. A formal dining room seats up to 20, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar for five, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and kitchen basics. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, safe, terrace and garden access. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, safe and terrace. Guest bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, safe and terrace. Guest bedrooms 5–8 each have two double beds, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, safe and terrace. A large studio provides additional space, and a massage room can serve as an eighth bedroom. A sleeper sofa is in the massage room.

Housekeepers, a chef and a waiter are included. Facilities include a hot tub, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, parking space, hot water, satellite or cable television and a speaker system. Air conditioning extends throughout the villa.

Altos de Chavon is 0.6 miles away, the marina is 1.8 miles away and Minitas Beach is 2.5 miles away. The Tennis Center and Golf Pro Shop are each about 3 miles away; the Equestrian Center is 3 miles away and the Shooting Center is 3.4 miles away. La Romana International Airport is the nearest airport.

Advance Casa de Campo registration is required. Registration provides access to Minitas Beach, resort pools, tennis courts, golf courses and advance tee times, the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Spa, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center. Resort fees and an 18% service fee are additional. Christmas and New Year stays have a 10-night minimum. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
