The estate combines a six-bedroom main house with a two-bedroom guest house and mezzanine. The main living room has French and Italian furnishings, high wooden ceilings and leather seating. An indoor dining table seats 10, with additional dining areas outdoors. The main kitchen has wooden cabinetry, wood counters and garden views; the guest house has a kitchenette, sitting area and loft.
Seven bedrooms have king beds. All eight bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is an additional full guest bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, safe, air conditioning, fan, flat-screen TV and patio access. Guest bedroom 2 has garden views; bedroom 3 has a recliner; bedroom 4 has a mini refrigerator; bedroom 5 has seating and greenery views; and bedroom 6 has large windows and a reading nook. Bedrooms 7 and 8 are in the guest house. The mezzanine provides a double bed in a naturally lit loft setting.
The private pool is surrounded by loungers and gardens. A covered gazebo provides seating and outdoor dining space, while the guest house has a covered patio with ceiling fans and seating. Housekeeper, waiter and cook service are included throughout the stay. Facilities include a barbecue, washer, dryer, hot water, hair dryer, satellite or cable TV, speaker system and lanai or balcony. Supplies include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish scrubbers, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent and hotel-size shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
Minitas Beach is approximately 1.6 miles away, the marina 1.8 miles and Altos de Chavon 1.5 miles. The Tennis Center is 0.8 miles away; the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.1 miles away, and the Shooting Center is 2 miles away.
