Smoking and pets are not allowed. A seven-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival. Mandatory resort fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day and $12 per child aged 4–12 per day; children under 4 have complimentary access. Resort ID cards provide access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses with advance tee times, fitness center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services. An 18% service fee and the resort fee are additional. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Bookings remain subject to final owner confirmation.
Getting there
Minitas Beach is approximately 1.6 miles away, the marina 1.8 miles and Altos de Chavon 1.5 miles. The Tennis Center is 0.8 miles away, the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.1 miles away, and the Shooting Center is 2 miles away. The guest house includes a mezzanine sleeping area.
