The ground floor has a living area with a fireplace and French doors, a dining area, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower. The mezzanine has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and double sofa bed, plus a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a sea-view balcony; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a sea-view balcony. A further full bathroom has a bathtub.
Private outdoor lounge and dining areas sit on both sides of the villa beneath pergolas, surrounded by natural rock features and Mediterranean planting. The 70 sq.m sea-view swimming pool is reserved for the four villas in the complex. Private parking and pool towels are available.
Facilities include individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk, satellite television, a refrigerator, coffee facilities, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a safe.
