The house

Villa Luze IV spans 160 sq.m across three levels and accommodates up to eight guests. Built in 2008 and renovated in 2020, it combines whitewashed Cycladic forms, curved lines, wooden beams, built-in furnishings and marble floors.

The ground floor has a living area with a fireplace and French doors, a dining area, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower. The mezzanine has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and double sofa bed, plus a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a sea-view balcony; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a sea-view balcony. A further full bathroom has a bathtub.

Private outdoor lounge and dining areas sit on both sides of the villa beneath pergolas, surrounded by natural rock features and Mediterranean planting. The 70 sq.m sea-view swimming pool is reserved for the four villas in the complex. Private parking and pool towels are available.

Facilities include individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a writing desk, satellite television, a refrigerator, coffee facilities, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a safe. Daily maid service and guest laundry services are available, with house wine and a fruit basket on arrival. A complimentary airport or port shuttle is included. Concierge services, car and motorbike rental, boat trips, massage, and beauty treatments and a doctor on request are available.
