The 150 m² house occupies a 5,000 m² plot amid woods and mountains, with a garden, a furnished porch, barbecue, terrace, parasols and four sun loungers. There are immediate neighbours. The saltwater pool measures 7 × 3 metres and is 0.5–1.6 metres deep.
The house is arranged over three floors. The main floor has a living room with satellite TV and a fireplace, plus a kitchen and dining area opening directly outdoors. The kitchen includes induction and gas hobs, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A main-floor bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. The first-floor double bedroom has a fan and wardrobe. The top-floor double bedroom has a fan and an en-suite shower bathroom.
A cot and high chair are available. Towels, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are provided; the washing machine is in an outdoor toilet. Free exterior parking accommodates two cars. Sóller has supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and ice-cream shops, and tram and bus connections to Port de Sóller.
