The approximately 200 m² house has a large outdoor patio with a barbecue and views of the surrounding nature. Inside are a living-dining room, four bedrooms with wardrobes and village views, and two bathrooms. Air conditioning serves the living room and all bedrooms.
The ground-floor kitchen opens directly outdoors and includes cooking utensils, a ceramic hob, industrial appliances, large cupboards and a microwave. The living-dining room has a sofa, satellite TV and music facilities. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A double bedroom is reached after a couple of steps. On the next floor are a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a shower and bathtub, and a twin bedroom.
The top floor has another double bedroom. A cot and highchair are available. Free Wi-Fi and self check-in/check-out are available. There is no swimming pool or on-property parking.
Sóller town centre is a 500-metre walk away, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and Sant Bartomeu church. Port de Sóller and its sandy beach can be reached by tram or bus. The beach is 9 km away. The fenced orange-tree area is not available to guests.
