House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt. Air conditioning is optional at 24€/night.
