On the ground floor are an open dining room with satellite TV, an equipped gas kitchen with a microwave, two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. A cot and high chair are available for babies. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available; there is no air conditioning.
Outside, an 11 × 5 m chlorine swimming pool, 1.40–2.00 m deep, is surrounded by a large lawn. There are two furnished porches, one beside the pool and another with a barbecue. The wood-fired oven beside the barbecue cannot be used. Free exterior parking accommodates four cars.
