The house

The house has five bedrooms with wardrobes and three bathrooms across two floors. On the ground floor are an open dining room with satellite TV, an equipped gas kitchen with a microwave, two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. A cot and high chair are available for babies. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available; there is no air conditioning.

Outside, an 11 × 5 m chlorine swimming pool, 1.40–2.00 m deep, is surrounded by a large lawn. There are two furnished porches, one beside the pool and another with a barbecue. The wood-fired oven beside the barbecue cannot be used. Free exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Ses Covetes / Es Trenc Beach is 2.6 km away. Sa Ràpita and its Av. Son Durí bus stop are 1.6 km away. The surrounding area includes Colonia de Sant Jordi, Sa Ràpita, Ses Salines and Campos, with restaurants, bars, grocery shops and supermarkets. Palma de Mallorca is about a 40-minute drive away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 41.3 km away, Golf Son Antem 27.3 km, Palma's intermodal train station 46.4 km, Port de Palma 47 km and Son Llatzer Hospital 43.7 km.
