Intended for families and guests over 20 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The wood-fired oven beside the barbecue cannot be used. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges.
Getting there
The house spans two floors. Ses Covetes / Es Trenc Beach is 2.6 km away; Sa Ràpita and the Av. Son Durí bus stop are 1.6 km away. Palma de Mallorca is about a 40-minute drive away. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.
