The Timbers at the Colony is an 18,695-square-foot mountain-view home with seven bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and four half bathrooms. Four bedrooms have king beds, two have queen beds, and the seventh has three bunks and a captain bunk.
The home has a private hot tub, sauna, private theater room and private gym. Recreation facilities include a game room, pool table, ping pong table, arcade game and games. Ski storage is available.
The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, spices, toaster, tea kettle, drip coffee maker and espresso machine, along with a kitchen island and dining table. A grill and smoker are available. Other facilities include a fireplace, private entrance, private living room, balcony, patio or deck, washer, dryer, television, smart TV and printer. Linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, heating, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo and ironing equipment are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are available.
