House rules

Maximum occupancy is 21 people. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Final homeowner approval and an electronic signature of the terms and conditions are required to confirm a reservation. Half of the total is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive the initial payment back less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellations after full payment are non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, an In-Stay Refresh will be scheduled and payment processed; stays greater than 30 nights require additional cleaning and payment. A credit card preauthorization of $5,600.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. A credit card must be on file for arrival information to be released. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Check-in and check-out times are stated in MST.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. A maximum of five cars is permitted.
