The ground floor has polished concrete floors, a sitting area with a sofa, chairs and flat-screen TV, and a skylit open-plan kitchen and dining area opening onto a patio garden with outdoor seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware and tableware.
The lower-ground-floor bedroom has built-in storage and a bathroom next door with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. An adjoining utility room has a washer, dryer and sink. On the first floor, a bedroom has a desk and single daybed with an additional pull-out single mattress available if required. A few steps lead to the master bedroom, with a desk, walk-in wardrobe, built-in storage and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and double sinks.
The second-floor shared bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet. A few steps lead to the twin bedroom, where a foldable travel cot is available if needed. The fifth bedroom has built-in storage.
