House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available to hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The house spans four floors, with additional steps leading to the master bedroom and fourth bedroom. Putney High Street is a five-minute walk away; Putney Bridge Underground station and Putney railway station are each a ten-minute walk away. The Uber Boat pier is a two-minute walk away.
