A guest WC is under the stairs. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto an additional sitting room. A balcony overlooks the private garden, which has a water feature and patio seating.
On the first floor, a study has a double sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. A separate bedroom on this floor is private and inaccessible. The second floor has two king bedrooms and a twin bedroom. One king bedroom and the twin bedroom share Jack-and-Jill access to a shower room with a sink; the other king bedroom has a desk. A family bathroom has a shower and WC. A games room provides a desk, large sofa and guitar. The top-floor king bedroom is under the eaves and has an en-suite walk-in shower and freestanding bath.
The top-floor private gym and wellness studio has a barre, weights, a balance plate with red light therapy and an infrared sauna. The home has an air-purifying system throughout, organic natural bedding and mattresses, non-toxic furniture and carpets, and central heating. A portable air-conditioning unit is available on the top floor.
A housekeeper lives in a separate basement flat and cleans for two hours daily, with the schedule adjustable to guests' needs. Professional cleaning, hotel-quality linens and towels, and complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays are provided.
