House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. A strict no-shoe policy applies indoors. The minimum age to rent is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; arrival outside these hours must be requested. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
Getting there
The home spans multiple floors, with stairs and a top-floor bedroom under the eaves. One first-floor bedroom is private and inaccessible. The housekeeper occupies a separate basement flat. Off-street parking for one car requires a request.
