The ground-floor sitting area includes a piano, an Eames lounge chair and modern art.
Stairs lead directly into the lower-ground living area, which has a large sofa, armchair and TV, with direct access to a private garden furnished with a table and benches. The adjacent kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, cookware and tableware, plus a washing machine. A dining table has banquette seating. The second bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has a double bed and a desk with office space.
