The house

The 69 sqm maisonette accommodates five guests. On the ground floor, the main bedroom has a super king bed, textured wallpaper and artwork. A nearby single bedroom is suitable for a child or solo guest. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink. The ground-floor sitting area includes a piano, an Eames lounge chair and modern art.

Stairs lead directly into the lower-ground living area, which has a large sofa, armchair and TV, with direct access to a private garden furnished with a table and benches. The adjacent kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, cookware and tableware, plus a washing machine. A dining table has banquette seating. The second bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has a double bed and a desk with office space. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, towels, bed linen and basic essentials are provided.

Queen's Park station is less than an eight-minute walk away, with trains reaching Oxford Circus in 14 minutes.
