The kitchen and dining area seats eight and includes a gas hob, dual ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and a Quooker boiling-water tap. Coffee-making equipment, a toaster, kettle, cookware and tableware are provided. Sliding glass doors lead to a furnished patio garden with a Big Green Egg BBQ.
The first-floor main bedroom has an ensuite rainfall shower. A laundry room on this floor contains a stacked washer and dryer and a dehumidifier. Two second-floor bedrooms each have a UK king bed and wardrobe space, sharing a bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, single basin and WC. The lower-level sleeping area has a sofa bed and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, single basin and WC. A Sonos sound system serves the ground and lower-ground floors.
The home includes central heating, a fan, a desk, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Towels, bed linen, pillows, soap and toilet paper are provided.
