House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available to hire, subject to availability. Full refund for cancellation at least five days before check-in; no refund for cancellation less than five days before arrival.
Getting there
The home is arranged across multiple floors, including a lower level. The front room on the first floor is closed to guests. Parsons Green tube station is a 7–8 minute walk away; New Kings Road is nearby.
