House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional guests are permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities or other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during a stay, require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and arrange reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Three bedrooms are on the second floor; the primary bedroom is on the main floor, and one full bathroom is on the lower level. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. Before booking outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire about pool availability and whether outdoor furniture and equipment will be available. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
