The house

The house sits on a private block in Shinnecock Hills. Its open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas have generous windows and natural light. The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker and equipment for preparing meals. A Sonos sound system, fireplace, heating, central air conditioning, laptop-friendly workspace, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer support indoor stays. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Outside, the fully fenced yard contains a private heated pool, covered patio and gas grill. A cooler is available for outings. Pool access is seasonal, and outdoor furniture and equipment may have off-season limitations.

Three bedrooms are upstairs: two have one double/full bed each, and the third has two twin/single beds. The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. All four bedrooms have air conditioning; bedrooms 1, 3 and the primary bedroom have streaming TVs. Bedroom 3 has a full Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. There is also a main-floor half bathroom and a lower-level full bathroom with a shower.

Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, Agawam Lake Park, restaurants, shops and art galleries are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking under the Elite program.
