The main-floor great room has a two-story ceiling, a wall of windows, leather seating, a TV and a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace. A spiral staircase leads to the top floor. The dining room seats 10, an additional table seats six, and the kitchen island seats six. The kitchen includes high-end appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and cooking essentials.
Three bedrooms are on the main floor, three on the top floor and two on the lower level. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower. One main-floor queen bedroom has a private deck and a shared bathroom.
The lower level has an additional TV lounge, a game room with a pool table, foosball and wet bar, and a theater room with couch seating. A ping-pong table and multiple fireplaces are also available. A downstairs bathroom contains a built-in redwood sauna.
The second-floor wraparound deck has seating and a pizza oven. The lower-level patio has a private hot tub and sitting area beside a large grassy backyard. A grill, washer, dryer and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided. A complimentary seasonal Deer Valley shuttle picks up at the residence and serves Snow Park Village only.
