House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is 18. HOA regulations prohibit parking campers, RVs or recreational vehicles in the driveway or street. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Date-dependent minimum stays apply: four nights October 27–December 26, 2026; five nights December 27, 2026–January 2, 2027; four nights January 3–February 10, 2027; five nights February 11–15, 2027; four nights February 16–December 16, 2027; seven nights December 17, 2027–January 1, 2028; four nights January 2–February 16, 2028; five nights February 17–21, 2028; and four nights February 22–March 31, 2028.
Getting there
The home spans three stories, with a spiral staircase leading to the top floor. Driveway parking accommodates five vehicles. Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley is six minutes away and Park City Mountain Resort is 11 minutes away. The complimentary Deer Valley shuttle picks up at the residence and drops off at Snow Park Village only, operating December 7–April 13 from 07:45 to 17:00.
