Surf Central accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, each with one queen bed. The bedrooms and main bathroom are on the middle level. Downstairs are a separate powder room, laundry and double garage. The upper level has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening onto a west-facing balcony with outdoor seating and a four-burner gas BBQ. The garage can accommodate one or two cars or be used as a games room with table tennis. A custom-built wet area accommodates boards and wetsuits, with storage space for bikes and scooters.
Amenities include heating, a bathtub, shower, hot water, TV, iron, smoke detector, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, washer and dryer. Bed linen is provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
