Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless the property is expressly advertised as 'Pets Welcome'. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The townhouse is arranged across three levels, with bedrooms and the main bathroom on the middle level, living areas upstairs, and the garage, laundry and separate powder room downstairs. The beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket are a short stroll away. Using the garage for parking reduces its availability as a games room.
