House rules

The primary renter must be at least 35 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight, with no additional guests permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events require express approval; events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $135.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool availability and outdoor furniture or equipment. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Gibson Beach is a 15-minute bicycle ride away. Wölffer Estate Vineyard is 2 minutes away. The home is just off the main road to Sag Harbor, with backroad routes to nearby towns. The property is not suitable for unrelated guests and is not handicap accessible.
