What is the cancellation policy?
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. On cancellation, Marquis will make best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If the property is not rebooked, the original dates may still be used if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the stay begins.
Is a security deposit required?
In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. Approved special uses may require an increased security deposit.
How can balance payments be made?
Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.
