The house

Summer's Haven has a gourmet kitchen, formal dining area, vaulted-ceiling living room, den and a lower-level bonus room. The four bedrooms include master and junior master suites. Two main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom; the two upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed and a double/full bed respectively. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, while the living room has ceiling fans but no air conditioning.

The outdoor spaces include a gunite pool, bluestone patio, covered patio, furnished yard and south-facing garden, pool and porch. Both the pool and backyard are fenced. A gas grill, two adult bicycles and a ping-pong table are available. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided, along with heating, a washer and dryer, television and a speaker system. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware and Nespresso coffee equipment.

The home overlooks fields toward Wölffer Estate Vineyard and sits between East Hampton and Southampton, near Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. Gibson Beach is a 15-minute bicycle ride away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
