The apartment occupies the second floor of an early-1900s building in a residential old-town area, steps from Piazza Duomo, la Marina and a small beach.
The entrance opens into a spacious living area with a sofa, flat-screen television and dining table. The open kitchen has an electric oven, induction and gas hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, toaster and juicer. The balcony opens from the living area and has two chairs.
Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed. Bedroom storage includes a walk-in closet and an open wardrobe. There is one large bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an iron are available.
