The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator and extends over two levels. A hallway leads to the bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a laundry room and the sleeping area, which contains a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a moka coffee maker, kettle, oven and fridge, and opens onto a small terrace with an outdoor sink. The living room has two leather armchairs and opens onto a larger terrace with a table, sofas, armchairs, an outdoor sink and a covered pergola. This terrace overlooks the Arethusa spring and the large port. A washing machine and iron are available.
