House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00, parties or antisocial behaviour. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Smoking is prohibited at all times. Do not wear shoes inside, and report breakages. A breach of house rules may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund; the currency of these dollar amounts is not stated. Mandatory ID verification via a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are shared. Baggage cannot be received or left unattended before check-in or after check-out. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Return of recovered items within Australia is subject to postage and service fees. Long-term stays are allowed.

Getting there

Direct private beach access. The garden is accessible via a side pathway. Public transport in Penna is limited; bus services to Hobart CBD are available in nearby Sorell. Hiring a car or driving is recommended. Hobart Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away and Hobart CBD approximately a 30-minute drive away. Only one outdoor bath is currently functional and available for guest use.
