The house

The house accommodates six guests in three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and blackout blinds. The main suite has an ensuite, and there are two bathrooms in total. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 40-inch wall-mounted TVs, and two bedrooms have workspaces. Hotel-style linen, towels, toiletries and hairdryers are provided.

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the water. The open-plan living area has a four-person couch and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming options; guests use their own streaming credentials. The dining table seats six. The equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils and tableware. A private laundry off the butler’s pantry has a washer and ironing facilities.

The living area has reverse-cycle heating and cooling. Coil heaters, one for each room, and four ribbed blankets are provided. Outside are a furnished garden reached by a side pathway, a private sheltered deck with outdoor lounges and direct private beach access. Only one outdoor bath is currently functional and available for guests. Secure gated driveway parking accommodates multiple vehicles.

Pittwater Golf Club is five minutes away, Sorell Town Centre is ten minutes away and vineyards are fifteen minutes away. Nearby outings include Pitt Water Nature Reserve and historic Richmond Village. A small welcome amenity pack is provided.
