Can I arrange early check-in or late check-out?
Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability from the night before and an additional charge. Booking the preceding or following night, subject to availability, is suggested to guarantee the extra time.
Can luggage be stored before arrival or after departure?
Baggage cannot be received or kept unattended before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
When are arrival details provided?
Access is onsite. Further details are provided three days before check-in for a successfully reserved booking. Check-in details are shared only after mandatory ID verification is completed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
