Two ensuites and the sitting room on this level open to soundside decking and the perfect setting for soaking up sunsets. All 13 bedrooms have private bathrooms, and seven offer the additional luxury of deck access. The two lower levels of the home provide many places for leisure, including two rec rooms, multiple sitting rooms, a theatre room, and a home gym. Easily enjoy the outdoor pleasures of oceanfront living with a large pool area with poolside bar, both poolside and garden terrace hot tubs, a beach staging room with kitchenette and laundry, plus, a full cabana bath.

The impressive array of amenities in this home is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, 2027 beach cabana service from April 25 to September 24 only (provides morning set-up and afternoon take-down of one 10'x 10' tent and six beach chairs on the beach from May 30 to September 10.

Two umbrellas and six chairs will be offered from April 25 to May 28 and September 12-24) and more. Guests of this home receive reduced greens fees at both the Kilmarlic Golf Club and The Currituck Club, and for a small fee, use of the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center.
