The entrance level hosts a sophisticated open-plan kitchen and dining space, illuminated by the huge window overlooking the lovely stucco-fronted houses across the street. The Scandi-style wood furnishings and beautiful herringbone flooring add a touch of warmth to the otherwise crisp white colour palette of the room; everything feels fresh and modern, without being overly minimalist. Encompassing the entire second level of the home, the sitting room is yet another light-filled space.
Beyond the zesty yellow armchairs and snuggly L-shaped sofa, French doors open out onto a private balcony. Furnished with a rattan dining table for two, it’s a sweet spot to sit and enjoy brunch or your morning coffee if the sun is shining. Four bedrooms are divided across the many levels of the home. On the lowest level is the second bedroom, boasting a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The third level is where you’ll find the spacious master bedroom also with a plush king-sized bed, as well as the fourth bedroom with a single bed.
The third bedroom, with a king-sized bed, can be found on the fourth level. Between May and September a fan will be provided in all bedrooms.
