The 5,000-square-foot house accommodates up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms with eight beds and 4.5 bathrooms. Renovations included several bathrooms, flooring, windows, moldings and the staircase. Mature landscaping provides a private setting.
Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, a Har-Tru tennis court, a 30-by-30 basketball court, a golf putting green, 2,800 square feet of decking and a barbecue connected to an in-ground propane tank. The backyard is not fenced.
The stainless-steel and granite kitchen includes a wine refrigerator, appliances, cutlery, cookware and a microwave. Indoor facilities include three-zone air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, four large flat-panel smart televisions, a Sonos wireless music system, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
The second floor contains the king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with Jack-and-Jill ensuite access. Two queen bedrooms are on the main floor and two are on the lower level. All seven bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. Bathrooms include a master bathroom with a shower and tub, a second-floor bathroom with a shower/tub combination, main-floor and lower-level bathrooms with showers, and a main-floor half bathroom.
