House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. This is a smoke-free home; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Dogs require a fee per pet, and unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Notify the host about registered service animals or emotional support animals. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. Follow HOA parking rules: no overnight street parking, no horizontal parking behind other vehicles, and no blocking community paver paths or driveways. Violations may result in fines or immediate towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
Getting there
Parking is limited to six vehicles, with no overnight street parking. The queen bedroom is in a stand-alone casita.
