- Dogs are welcome for a required fee per pet. Notify the host about registered service animals or emotional support animals. Unauthorized pets may incur a fine.

Pool

Pool heating is optional and paid, unavailable between May 1 and October 1, and unavailable for one-night stays. Request heating 48 hours before arrival. In cooler months, heating may take 24–48+ hours depending on weather; three-night stays are strongly recommended. Late or after-arrival requests cannot guarantee full temperature during the stay. Summer desert heat may raise the pool temperature. A rod iron pool fence with a gate can be requested through concierge at least one week ahead, subject to local vendor availability; budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics. The hot tub is complimentary, heated separately and ready upon arrival.
