The home has five king bedrooms, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen bedroom in a stand-alone casita. The casita has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms come with linens, towels, pillows and comforters; linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 5 also has a TV.
The large kitchen and dining area connect the indoor living spaces, which include a fireplace and flat-screen TV. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave and oven/stove. Outside are a covered patio, fire pit, swimming pool and outdoor grill. The separately heated hot tub is complimentary and ready upon arrival.
Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a washer/dryer are available. A pack n' play and high chair are provided. Private parking accommodates up to six vehicles, split between the garage and driveway. Pool heating is an optional paid feature with seasonal and advance-notice restrictions.
