The house has single-floor living spaces on a fenced, private countryside plot. Outdoor areas include a terrace, porches and an artificial-grass area with four sun loungers. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4.5 m and is 1.9 m deep. It is closed from 1 November to 31 March. A porch bathroom beside the pool has a shower adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Inside, an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area includes a television, gas stove, oven and microwave. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house operates using solar heat. Both bedrooms have a double bed. One has an en-suite shower bathroom, a large storage chest and space for a cot or high chair; the other has a clothing hanger. Another shower bathroom serves the house.
Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available. Porreres, 7.5 km away, has bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The surrounding area offers cycling and hiking, and Porto Colom beach is approximately 24 km away.
