Events and smoking are not permitted. Pets up to 5 kg are accepted on request; consult the advertiser about possible charges. The pool is closed from 1 November to 31 March. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 38.8 km away, Golf Son Gual 30.3 km, Estació de Manacor railway station 17.5 km, the Porreres bus stop 8 km, Port de Palma ferry terminal 49.6 km and Hospital de Manacor 18 km. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
