The private hot tub is on the patio.
There are five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a half bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, balcony access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and patio access. The fourth bedroom has patio access. The bunk room has two captain bunks with two full beds below and two twin beds above, a TV and patio access.
The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, plus standard drip and Keurig coffee makers.
