The house

The 6,397-square-foot home has a vaulted great room with large windows overlooking the San Sophia range, several fireplace seating areas, a wet bar and a kitchen breakfast bar seating three. Wood beams, white oak floors, birch cabinetry and stonework feature throughout. A separate lounge has a pool table and fireplace, while multiple balconies and patios provide outdoor space. The private hot tub is on the patio.

There are five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a half bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, balcony access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and patio access. The fourth bedroom has patio access. The bunk room has two captain bunks with two full beds below and two twin beds above, a TV and patio access.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, plus standard drip and Keurig coffee makers. A dining table, grill, washer, dryer, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, office/workspace, smart TV and garage parking are available. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryer, shampoo and ironing equipment are provided. The home has a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

The home is in a neighborhood off Benchmark Drive, with ski-in/ski-out access on a green run at Telluride Ski Resort. Market Gondola and Village Market are a short walk away. Dial-a-Ride provides transport around Mountain Village, and the gondola ride into historic Telluride takes 15 minutes.
