House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear cannot be shipped to the home; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 per package or $75 for larger items. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled, paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional scheduled cleaning and payment. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depend on availability. Long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access is on a green run at Telluride Ski Resort and depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Market Gondola and Village Market are a short walk away. Dial-a-Ride serves Mountain Village; the gondola ride into historic Telluride takes 15 minutes. Parking is limited to five cars.
