The approximately 5,000-square-foot home has open-plan living areas, a fireplace, a sectional sofa and a living-room wall of sliding-glass doors that brings in natural light. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave and a granite-topped island. A furnished patio, outdoor grill, vegetated backyard and large garage complement the indoor spaces. The backyard is fenced, and the property is surrounded by more than 125 acres of nature preserve.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor and three are on the second floor. Four bedrooms have king beds; the third bedroom also has a Murphy bed, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom. Two main-floor full bathrooms and two upstairs full bathrooms have showers and tubs; the remaining upstairs full bathroom has a shower. There is also a main-floor half bathroom. Main-floor bedrooms have standard closets, while upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets.
Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, washer, dryer, heating and hot water are provided. Sag Harbor is a few minutes away by car. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
